Watershed II
Thousands of people were present at the Walkerton Community Centre's Ball Diamond to watch a spectacular lineup of artists.....Jamie Warren, Marshall Dyllon, Staggered Crossing, 54-40, David Usher, Brad Paisley. Terri Clark, Joe Cocker, and The Guess Who on Sunday, September 2nd, 2001.
The Watershed Festival began last year as a fundraising effort for the people of Walkerton, Ontario. The town of Walkerton's water supply was infected with E. Coli bacteria which caused illness and death to many people in the community. Many artists rallied together to raise funds for the stricken community.
The event was so successful that a tradition has begun! Stay tuned for Watershed III!
