The 3rd Annual "Move This Mountain" Festival has come and gone but for the country music fans that did make it out on our rainy weekend, the memories will live on. Despite the rain, all of the artists were able to perform with the exception of BlackHawk and Chris Cummings (Chris did a couple of tunes for us in the autograph tent). Marc Ekins, Colin Amey & band, and Kingspeed also performed in the autograph tent on Saturday during a downpour. This acoustic set will live on as the most memorable moment in my mind as the artists sang almost every song that the fans requested. Every artist present signed autographs and had their photos taken with everyone that stood in line. On Saturday, a baseball game took place with the artists teaming up against the Ontario Special Olympics team. Officially, the game was called a tie but the real score was 11 - 1 for the Olympics team! I have split up the following pages so that you can get a really good picture of the festival. Please save the photos for your own personal use but do email me if you'd like to publish them. That's Country would like to thank the Ekins Family for making us feel like a part of their family and for presenting us with such a great show! Also, a big "Thank you" to Harriet McLoughlin (MCL Crystal Promotions), the artists, all the people from the Ontario Special Olympics, the security staff, and various other people that worked tirelessly to bring us this great event.
